Our children absolutely love Gingerbread House and their teachers! They are so amazing and love our children as if they were their own.
The Gingerbread House was originally started in the late 1970s and has been providing excellent care to the New Iberia community since! Here at Gingerbread, we strive to meet the needs of the developing child, as well as the needs of the working parents. We offer childcare for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. We have an infant department, toddler program, and preschool.
We are excited and eager about working with your child(ren) to provide the best education available. Our short term along with our long-term goal is to provide a safe and stable learning environment where students can be creative and express themselves. In addition, each child will have the opportunity to learn essential skills needed to prepare them for school.

Gingerbread House is everything a parent could ask for in a childcare facility. It is a clean, loving, safe, and caring environment. The communication between parent to teacher by far exceeds my expectation. I never have to worry about my child because I know he is well taken care of!
